I wanted to address a couple of questions which I get asked time and time again – Is your technique more suited to drumline or drumset playing? Which technique is best for drumline vs. drumset?… you get the idea!
I have always been a strong believer in having a complete/well rounded tool box such that everything becomes easy, be it on a drumset or in the rudimental style. Good hands are good hands and the best hands can do it all, and there is not one specific technique that suits a certain style – you need them all!
