This one may drive friends & neighbors far away from you. They don’t like this exercise, but your hands will. This is alley-oop on steroids with a free stroke and downstroke in rapid succession, the key is the finger control on the second stroke which leads to double stroke quality. We did slow diddles early on, then fast rolls not long ago, now it’s time to bridge the gap. It’s OK to make it go “boom.”
