Step 12 – Fast roll forearm pump with open rolls

Amazingly similar to step 11, but now it’s time to really refine that touch for some open rolls. Work the upper arms/shoulders as they pump the forearms, give your wrists a break as you somewhat skim the surface up tempo. Your fulcrums will love you later, but probably not at first.
