Chop Builder 5 – Buzz Roll Builder

This is by far the most effective way I’ve found to teach/learn the buzz roll’s pumping fore-arm motion. If this is new it’ll feel quite strange and you’ll be feeling it in your fulcrum/first finger & shoulders. Make it burn a little bit and then go play something else. Rinse, repeat and before you know it the muscles build up & you’re be good to go for life. The buzz is the most physically demanding rudiment of them all, don’t torture yourself too badly.
