44.16 – Buzz Roll

The buzz roll is easy, you can do it on day one… …and then spend the rest of your life trying to do it better! AM radio static is the effect we’re looking for. In this workout we’re going to take it to the next level with crescendos and decrescendos. Be sure to thank your fulcrums when you’re done with this one, they worked hard.
