BONUS: Moeller 3’s

And now presenting a bonus workout: Moeller 3’s! The multifaceted “Moeller technique” is one where the forearm’s whipping motion replaces the wrist motion. We’ll jump in with the most common example, the set of three notes cycling through (one accent and two taps). If you like accents with the most lazy, natural & musical flow, then you’ll definitely want to program your body with the ability to play these guys (especially the ever-so-sad weaker hand). If you proactively try hard it’ll elude you, so let laziness reign!
