Amazingly similar to the buzz roll builder, this is once again the most effective way I've found to teach/learn the faster tempo roll's pumping fore-arm motion. If this is new it'll feel quite bazaar and you'll be feeling it in your fulcrum/first finger & shoulders. Make it burn a little bit and then go play something else. This is a chop-out, so be sure to build up to it before firing out the whole workout.
